This is one of the cakes which I dream of making right from the day I started baking cakes. The rich texture and spicy flavour of this cake would tempt anyone to ask for more.It is my mom 's favourite cake and i would like to dedicate it 2 her :) . U can also dip the dry fruits into wine for sometime (but i havent used it :) ).The difficult part of this cake is making the caramel syrup. One must be very careful otherwise the caramel would just solidify within seconds. But it is worth the effort(U would say it after tasting ).Just enjoy this colourful cake in this new year occasion.
